Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, as we are the manufacturer we can supply wholesale, but there are certain requirements and minimum monthly orders you must meet.
You will need an ABN to be eligible for wholesale.
Ideally you are a brick and mortar store, but some exceptions may be made.
If you think you may be eligible for wholesale, please email your details to info@industrialyarns.com.au for more information and applications.

What are the shipping rates to my state/territory?

We offer the below flat rate prices for shipping:

VIC: $10 1-2 Business Days delivery
NSW & SA: $16 1-3 Business Days delivery
TAS: $20 1-3 Business Days Delivery
QLD: $22 2-5 Business Days delivery
WA: $30 4-7 Business Days Delivery
N.T: $35 4-7 Business Days Delivery
 
Please note that delivery times, while often correct, are just a rough guide and will depend on the courier and other conditions. If you have a problem with your delivery or have not received your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Is Pick-Up available?

Yes it is! You are more than welcome to come in a look! EFTPOS is available.
Our factory is located at 26 Jesica Rd Campbellfield Victoria 3061.
Our hours are 7am-3pm Monday to Thursday and 7-1pm Friday.
We are not open on weekends.

Do you ship overseas?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can ship overseas, the checkout will allow orders to New Zealand, USA, Canada and the UK, however be warned that it can get quite expensive!
If you are overseas, or not in one of the above countries, you may contact us for a quote.
